Naval Institute Press
The Naval Institute Press presents
Atlas at War! edited by Michael J. Vassallo, with art restoration by Allan Harvey. It is a collection of 50 hard-hitting stories from Atlas Comics, the company that became Marvel Comics and published more war titles than anyone in the industry between 1951 and 1960. Comics historian Vassallo has chosen the best of the best, many of which are coming back into print for the first time, from 16 different Atlas war titles and featuring the artwork of 20 different artists—giants of the genre. Foundation
One of the Naval Institute’s educational goals is to encourage the next generation of naval leaders to become involved in the critical thinking about and discussing issues affecting their profession. The Sponsored Student Membership Program offers Naval Academy and NROTC midshipmen and Coast Guard Academy cadets an introduction to the Institute’s independent forum, and gives the sponsoring benefactor an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the professional development of students at the school or unit of their choosing. For information about sponsoring student memberships, contact Joe Brenner at (410) 295-1087 or at [email protected].
Until next month, stay safe and be well!
