Lieutenant Sicheri commissioned from Virginia Tech NROTC as a surface warfare officer. He served as the gunnery officer and repair officer on board the USS Port Royal (CG-73), deploying to Fifth and Seventh Fleets. He is now serving as the training officer at precomissioning unit John Basilone, future DDG-122.
