Major Stewart is a combat engineer officer with experience serving in both I and III Marine Expeditionary Force as well as a tour at Plans, Policies, and Operations, Headquarters Marine Corps. He is a graduate of the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a master’s degree in security policy studies.
