Dr. Philipp C. Bleek is Associate Professor and Program Chair (Acting) of the Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies (NPTS) Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California. He is the co-author of "Honey, I Shrunk the Lab: Emerging Microfluidics Technology and its Implications for Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear Weapons" from the National Defense University.
