Commander Mike Dahm, U.S. Navy (Retired), is a senior national security researcher at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He was a career naval intelligence officer and served as assistant naval attaché in Beijing, China, and as the senior naval intelligence officer for China at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
