Lieutenant Mark K. Jbeily, U.S. Navy, is a National Security Fellow with the Clements Center for National Security and a 2015 Marshall Scholar. He currently is in strike jet pilot training flying the T-45 Goshawk at Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas. He won first prize in the U.S. Naval Institute 2018 Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Essay contest.
