A graduate of City College of New York in 1938, Mr. Nemec joined the Lykes Bros. Steamship Co., Inc. as Treasurer in 1945. Named Secretary Treasurer in 1947, he became a Vice President in 1951, and was named a Director of the company in 1954. He was named Senior Vice President in 1957, and elected to his present position, Executive Vice President, Director and Secretary-Treasurer in 1962.
