Brian Runion is a former Coast Guard officer and 2006 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, where he studied national security policy and foreign policy. He is the author of 25 Awesome Facts about the Coast Guard (2015).
