The U.S. Naval Institute hosted an evening with General Peter Pace, USMC (Ret.), 16th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (2005–2007). Drawing on more than 50 years' experience from both his distinguished military career and work in the business world, General Pace shared lessons on leadership; the importance of investing in people and purpose; and making decisions guided by ethics and integrity on the battlefield, in the boardroom, and in life.
