Mr. Illarionov is now a student at Brown University. During his five years as a Sea Cadet, he held a variety of leadership positions, including command chief and senior enlisted leader for the Massachusetts Bay Division and Sea Cadet Coast Guard liaison cadet. He achieved Sea Cadets’ highest rank of cadet chief petty officer.
