Lieutenant Commander Travis TJ “Tipper” Hartman, U.S. Navy, is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and U.S. Naval Test Pilot School and has combat experience flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet. Assigned to VFA-146 in Lemoore, California, he served as the maintenance officer and is currently the operations officer.
