Lieutenant Commander Steven R. Moffitt, U.S. Navy, is a T-6B “Texan II” instructor pilot with Training Squadron Three (VT-3) at NAS Whiting Field, Florida. He holds a bachelor of science in quantitative economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master of professional studies in leadership, education, and development from the University of Maryland, and a master of arts in defense and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
