Mrs. Robert, widow of the late Professor Henry M. Robert, for many years a professor at the U. S. Naval Academy, was a graduate of Syracuse University and holds the honorary degree of Doctor of Literature. She was the author of many historical articles, conducted a magazine editorial page for several years, and was a past President General of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
