Lieutenant Ault is the chief of vessel inspections at Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Chicago, where she oversees safety inspections on 250 commercial vessels in the nation’s third largest metropolitan area. Previous tours include Coast Guard Sector New Orleans and the Coast Guard training ship Eagle (WIX-327).
