A graduate of Cornell University in 1954 with a degree of Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering, Ensign Eberlein was research assistant for the American Foundryman’s Society, and research metallurgist for Lincoln Electric Company, Cleveland, Ohio. He has been on active duty as a flight student in Naval Air Basic Training Command at Whiting Field, Florida, since September, 1954. Ensign Eberlein has had two articles published in the Research Supplement of the Welding Journal.
