Lieutenant (junior grade) Romanow is a Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. He recently completed his first assignment to the National Security Agency’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center and serves aboard the USS New Orleans homeported in Sasebo, Japan. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he was also an undergraduate fellow with the Clements Center for National Security.
