Ms. Phares separated from the Navy in December 2020 and now works as a government contractor. As a petty officer first class, she served at Navy Information Operations Command in Oahu, Hawaii, as a strategic mission manager in a shop that provides transparency and recommends asset placement for missions or exercises to customers and partners in the region.x
