Petty Officer Brannon is an active-duty sailor who longed for the military before he was even old enough to join. He completed a military school before receiving his high school diploma at age 17. Since enlisting, he has worked to improve programs such as mentorship at his command, to help sailors beginning their careers. When he is not writing, Petty Officer Brannon is attending school at Vincennes University to receive his degree in psychology.
