Corporal Minner is a legal services specialist who has been in the trial services organization at the installation and regional level, supporting judge advocates in the prosecution of courts-martial and boards of inquiry. She is currently the noncommissioned officer in charge for the Installation Trial Services Office on Camp Lejeune.
