Lieutenant Commander Nelson is a Cryptologic Warfare Officer. He studied at Waseda University in Tokyo and graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School as a Master of Science in Computer Science. He has served in cyber warfare positions in operations, training, and international partnerships.
