Lieutenant Hoey is a surface warfare officer and a antisubmarine/antisurface warfare tactics instructor. He completed his master’s in military arts and sciences at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College as an Art of War Scholar and is currently stationed at Surface Combat Systems Training Command.
