Captain Hakimzadeh is the aircraft carrier requirements branch head at OpNav N98 (Director Air Warfare). Previously, he served as commanding officer on board the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), where he completed an extended carrier incremental availability with the Navy’s best project team at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He also commanded the USS Mount Whitney (LCC-20) and served as executive officer on board the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74).
