Commander Moghaddam is deputy director, North East Asia division, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Joint Intelligence Operations Center, in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He was previously the assessment head at the NATO Strategic Direction-South Hub at Allied Joint Force Command, Naples, Italy, and the strategy advisor to Commander U.S. Naval Forces Europe/Africa and Commander Allied Joint Force Commander.
