Chief Warrant Officer Emery is assigned to Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii as the naval over-the-horizon targeting cell-Hawaii and maritime advanced navigation threat analysis lead. He previously served as information operations planner at Information Warfare Training Group–San Diego from where he twice deployed to the Indo-Pacom area of responsibility attached to Carrier Strike Group 5. He is a certified information warfare weapons and tactics instructor.
