Lieutenant Commander Lange is an intelligence officer serving as the Intermediate/Advanced Intelligence Training Department Head for Information Warfare Training Command Virginia Beach. He has served four operational combat tours in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. An engineering graduate of North Carolina State University, he holds a master’s degree in cyber systems and operations from Naval Postgraduate School and is a certified information systems security professional.
