Senior Chief Padden is the N2 Senior Enlisted Advisor at SEAL Team 3 in Coronado. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and holds an associate’s degree in communications from Luzerne County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies from American Military University.
