Lieutenant Commander Miletello graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in English in 2005. In 2010, she completed a dual-degree program, earning her J.D. cum laude from Villanova and an LL.M. in public international law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. In 2021, she also earned an LL.M. in military law with a concentration in national security law from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School. She currently serves in the Coast Guard’s Office of General Law.
