Major Buck is an infantry officer and a regional affairs officer currently serving as the executive officer for Battalion Landing Team 1/5 of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. He received his undergraduate education at the U.S. Naval Academy and a graduate certificate from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and holds master’s degrees from both the Georgetown McDonough School of Business and the Naval Postgraduate School.
