Lieutenant Douglas Cantwell, U.S. Navy, is a judge advocate currently serving in the administrative law division (Code 13) of the Office of the Judge Advocate General. He previously served as deputy command judge advocate on board the USS George Washington (CVN-73). He is a graduate of Stanford University, the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and Columbia Law School.
