Captain Raimondo is a 1989 graduate of Old Dominion University who recently completed a Federal Executive Fellowship at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston. A career aviator, he commanded Helicopter Maritime Strike Weapons School Atlantic. He is now the director of the Navy’s office of talent optimization.
