Ensign Artem Sherbinin, U.S. Navy, is a surface warfare officer serving in San Diego, California. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he studied U.S. national security policy.
