Lieutenant Artem Sherbinin is a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. He currently serves as the inaugural Chief Technology Officer at Task Force Hopper – U.S. Naval Surface Forces Command’s digital innovation team. At sea, Artem served as an engineering officer, navigator, and air defense planner onboard guided missile cruisers and destroyers. He holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy and Georgetown University.
