Lieutenant Ray is the Regimental Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, responsible for mentoring and developing the cadet regimental staff and overseeing the operations and logistics for the 1,056-member Corps of Cadets. He proudly wears the Coast Guard’s tactical law enforcement insignia.
