Lieutenant Beeler will report in May 2017 to the USS Decatur (DDG-73) as fire control officer. A 2014 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he served previously on board the Chancellorsville (CG-62) as combat information center officer during the ship’s homeport shift to Yokosuka, Japan.
