Alec Blivas is pursuing a master's in global security studies at Johns Hopkins University. Previously he served as a program coordinator in the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a Research Assistant on the Security and Foreign Affairs Team at the U.S.–China Economic and Security Review Commission, where he worked extensively on issues relating to Sino-Russian defense relations.
