Lieutenant Patrick J. Hill is a limited duty officer bandmaster and is currently assigned as the director of Navy Band Great Lakes. He has served in Navy bands for more than 20 years. He holds a bachelor’s in music from Illinois State University, a master’s in public policy/international affairs from Liberty University, and currently is pursuing a doctorate of strategic leadership from Regent University.
