Major David B. Parker, U.S. Marine Corps, is a communications officer currently serving at Headquarters Marine Corps. During his 17 years on active duty, he has participated in NATO operations in Kosovo, security cooperation exercises with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, the Korean Incremental Training Program, and combat and foreign security force advisory missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.
