Commander Griffiths serves in Canada’s Maritime Command Headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His service in the former Yugoslavia primarily was along the Dalmatian coast, culminating in responsibility for European Community Monitoring Mission operations stretching from Dubrovnik to the borders of Serbia and Albania.
