Lieutenant Colonel Tim Devine is an Army strategist assigned to U.S. Army Pacific. A former AH-64D Apache aviator, he has served in a variety of operational and staff assignments, including as a strategic planner in the Army War Plans Division at the Pentagon and as a small unit leader during multiple deployments to Afghanistan.
