Lieutenant Commander Taavi Urb, Estonian Navy, joined the Estonian Defence Forces as a conscript in 1998. In 2018, he graduated from the Joint Command and General Staff Course at the Baltic Defence College and currently is a navy lecturer at Estonian Defence College. He has master’s degree in history from the University of Tartu.
