A graduate of Juniata College, Huntington, Pennsylvania, in 1950, Doctor Cordier received his Master’s Degree in International Relations from Yale University in 1951. The following year, he attended the Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland as a Rotary Foundation Fellow. He received his Ph.D. in History from the University of Minnesota in 1963.
