A graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1968, Ensign Cohen traveled extensively throughout the country in his First Class year visiting nearly all Navy and civilian activities involved in Deep Submergence. Following his graduation, he spent five weeks in San Diego attached to SubDevGru One for diver training and work with the SeaLab Group. He is presently assigned to the Submarine School, New London, Connecticut.
