Chief Warrant Officer Manley has participated in multiple wartime deployments to the Central Command region and has accumulated extensive operational experience in U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. He is a candidate for an M.S. degree in defense analysis at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). This essay won first prize in the NPS Essay Contest.
Commander Craig works in Navy Headquarters in Canberra and has been a mine warfare and clearance diving specialist since 1995. He has commanded at all levels in mine warfare and clearance diving, notably as commander of Australian Clearance Divers in Iraq (2003) and the Australian Mine Warfare and Clearance Diving Task Group.
Captain Foskett is currently serving as the group chaplain in the I Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group. He has served with Second Battalion, 7th Marines, First Battalion, 4th Marines; 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion, Marine Aircraft Group 13, and on board the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6), the Dubuque (LPD-8), and the America (LHA-6). He deployed seven times in support of Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom.
