Ensign Cavazos graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2018. She earned her commission at Officer Candidate School and was stationed in Rota, Spain, on board the USS Ross (DDG-71). She currently is ELECTRO/AUXO on USS Wichita (LCS-13). Her work has appeared in numerous publications including Proceedings, Business Insider, CNBC, Repeller, and the Brownsville Herald.
