Vice Admiral Peters has been the Commander, Naval Air Systems Command, since May 2018. A 1985 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he is a career Navy helicopter pilot who served as a squadron commanding officer and as Program Manager for the H-60 and Presidential Helicopters Programs.
