Captain Tuan N. Pham, U.S. Navy, is a Navy China Hand (Master-level) stationed in Japan as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence and Information Operations to Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan. He has extensive experience in the Indo-Pacific, and is widely published in national security affairs.
