Master Chief Coulard is the lead helicopter rescue swimmer with Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic. Completing multiple operational deployments, he earned numerous awards including five Navy Commendation Medals (two with a combat “V” for valor). A graduate of Norwich University, he holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership. He also is a graduate of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and Command Master Chief course and received the Peter Tomich and academic excellence awards.
