Terry Howell is the Director of Strategic Alliance and Outreach programs for Military.com. A retired Coast Guard chief petty officer, he last served as a career development advisor. While at Military.com, he has worked with the Department of Defense to write the content for TurboTAP, the DoD�s online transition assistance program. In addition, Howell was the lead on a team of subject matter experts who developed the military skills matching tool for the Department of Veterans Affairs VAForVets website. He has used a combination of traditional and non-traditional education resources, military tuition assistance and the GI Bill to complete his BS and MBA.
