Mr. Caggiula’s first job after honorably serving in the U.S. Army was at the Franklin Mint Museum, and he has since worked with the International Spy Museum, the Smithsonian, and the Imperial War Museum. He is the coauthor of City in Time: Washington, DC, and works at the Naval Institute Press.
