Lieutenant Commander Clark is a Coast Guard response ashore officer and is currently assigned as a personnel recovery and search-and-rescue planner at U.S. Northern Command. He is a graduate of Marine Corps Command and Staff College and a doctoral candidate in atmospheric and oceanic science at the University of Maryland, College Park.
