Commander Morgan is a reserve intelligence officer who has served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds degrees from the University of Hartford, Oxford University, Yale Law School, and the U.S. Naval War College. He is an attorney and civil servant and lives in Arlington with his wife and three children.
